SdV (AS8839) Peering Policy

Our peering policy is almost open. We only have the following small restriction: IF your AS does very small trafic (<10Mb/s) AND IF we already see your AS thru a route server of 2 or more IXes THEN We prefer not to directly peer with you. This will save our routers CPU and memory but still keeping high connectivity and redunduncy with your AS.
